First thing on my mind when I wake up...

Go back to sleep, but my son doesn't let me do so. Also, I wake up hungry.
Should I go to the gym or not. I feel like bunking it many a time.
Third-time lucky (something I tried thrice)
The show I am judging has entered its third season.
Fourplay (my all-time favourite songs to work out to)
I can work out without music but if something is on in the gym, I like songs with a good beat or Trance music.
Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials)
My workout gear; I work out in old clothes as they are comfortable, shoes with insole to take care of my knee problem, water and a shot of coffee in the beginning to get going!
6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time)
Playing with my son and trying to convince him to let me go off to sleep for some more time. He wakes up early.
7 days a week (I can't live without!)
Climbing up and down the stairs in my house, not in a building though.
8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence)
I would love to binge on dark chocolate and khichdi is my comfort food.
On Cloud 9 (my favourite way to de-stress)
Reading, playing with my son or reading to him.
Last thing I do before tucking in...
Put my TV on sleep timer.
