Iced tea
Ingredients

>> 20ml gin
>> 20ml Midhore
>>u00a020ml Malibo
>> 10ml Blue Crush liquor
>> 5ml lime juice
Method
Lots of ice mixed with all the listed alcohol and top it up with pineapple juice. Garnish it with sweet lime and serve it in a tango glass. And there you have it, your special Iced Tea.

Ingredients
>> 1 1/2 parts Grey Goose L'Orange Flavored Vodka
>> 1/3 part Galliano
>> 1/2 mango diced
>> 1 lemongrass
>> 1 lemon wedge squeeze

Method
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Muddle, then shake and finely strain. Serve in a tall glass, topped with soda water. Garnish with lemongrass, a slice of mango, and a sprig of mint

Mojito
Ingredients
>> 8-10 lemon chunks
>> 6-8 springs of mint
>> 10 ml sugar syrup, lime juice
>> 60 ml white rum

Method
Take a tall glass, put lemon chunks and mint. Muddle it, put crushed ice and add white rum. Then add 10 ml each of lime juice and sugar syrup. Mix it well and do a crushed ice capping. Garnish the drink with mint sprig and lemon wedge. 1911 Bar, The Imperial

Apple and cinnamon Mojito
>> 45ml Bacardi rum
>> 15ml apple schnapps
>> 10ml cinnamon syrup
>> 7-8 fresh mint leaves
>> 10ml shot freshly squeezed lime juice
>> 2 powder sugar sachet
Method
Muddle mint, apple chunks and powder sugar. Add other ingredients, half fill glass with crushed ice and churn (stir) with bar spoon. Fill glass to brim with more crushed ice and churn some more. Topped with apple juice and with straws.u00a0-- The Suryaa

Watermelon Mojito
Ingredients
>> Fresh watermelon cubes
>> Mint leaves
>> Brown sugar
>> White rum
>> Fresh watermelon juice
>> Soda
Method
Muddle fresh watermelon cubes with mint and brown sugar. Now addu00a0 to it white rum over crushed ice. Then in goes the fresh watermelon juice and soda to top it off.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a watermelon wedge.
