Solder
'Live and Loud' is the real mantra of the city-band Solder and they are out to give you a power-packed performance that will be screaming all things live. Solder started out like many others in the city over a few drinks and the need to create a new sound project. Mark Escottee and Joel Rozario, fun artists just off a funk project were the ones who started out Solder. The current line-up includes Siddarth Abraham, Mark Escottee, Akhilesh Kumar, Joel Rozario and Samson Phillip. The sound now consists of vocal melodies and harmonies underlined by groove accompanied by guitar and drum sounds. They are now in the process of producing their first album.

Rajeev's Wolfpack
Rajeev's Wolfpack, a Bangalore-based band will give you enough reason to party harder as they play the best of their originals and also a few covers from Pink Floyd, Beatles, U2 and Elvis Presley thrown in to their repertoire. The band features Rajeev on vocals, Sujith Nair on drums, Satchith Paulose on guitars and Anand Mahadevan. The show for the evening will be a half and half of originals and covers.

With numerous tours around the country, they have established themselves as performers to reckon. Blues all the way
The legendary blues artist Robert Leroy Johnson will receive a fitting musical tribute in the city celebrating the centennial year of his birth. The evening titled Ode to the Blues will see musicians from the city and outside playing famous Blues numbers and those by Johnson too. The performing artists include HFT from New Delhi, Blues Before Sunrise, Blues Conscience from Chennai and Ministry of Blues, Ananth Menon and Jagadeesh MR, Bangalore. Blues numbers played by famous Rock 'n' Roll artist s like The Rolling Stones will also feature on the line-up for the evening.

William Joseph International Academy for Performing Arts is celebrating its ninth anniversary with a student-teacher recital where 150 students will be playing a series of instruments including the classical piano, classical guitar, violin and voice. Also part of the show will be a classical guitar ensemble and an all girls chorale from the William Joseph Music Foundation.
