Google said on its blog Monday that it was working with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon to pre-install its application 'Google Wallet' for electronic payments in Android cell phones sold by the three operators.
The cell phones will be sold with the application by the end of the year.
Google launched its electronic payment system 'Google Wallet' in 2011.
The majority of mobile operators so far have denied pre-installing 'Google Wallet' in their mobiles as they were planning to commercialise their own electronic payment systems.
Apple launched its electronic payment system 'Apple Pay' towards the end of 2014 which in turn has increased the pressure on Google to improve 'Google Wallet'.
