The star claims she has a tendency to put on weight (there is a God!), especially on the lower half of her body. Her trainer Kathy Kaehler makes sure that each of Kim's workout sessions start with a warm-up and are followed by cardio exercises coupled with five-pound weights. Kim's favourite exercise?
Squats with lunges - ideal for toning the lower body. As for her diet, she is the latest in a long line of celebrities, who swear by the macrobiotic diet, which is low in fat, high in fibre and mostly vegan.
Her weakness? A big, ol' juicy burger with a side order of fries. Craving those Kardashian curves? You could get your hands on her workout video. Personally, we'd settle for a bottle of will power. Now if only she (or anyone else) could package that!
