Jake ate protein-rich meals, six times a day that included lots of green, leafy veggies, fruits and nuts. He continued to battle with cravings for his favourite Pittsburgh 'Primanti Sandwich' (think French fries, grilled meat and coleslaw between two slices of Italian bread). Dark chocolate andu00a0 the occasional glass of wine are some of the treats he looks forward to, only because they are rich in flavanoids. Now that's the stuff of a royal repast.
