1. This is your first trip to India; how has the experience been so far, and what was the reason for it?
It’s been absolutely great. I saw the spectacular Taj Mahal in Agra. I liked the intricate inlay design details of the monument; it’s beautiful! I’m here to celebrate the kick off Harley-Davidson’s 110th Anniversary in conjunction with India’s first National Harley Owners Group (HOG). Rally. I am looking forward to riding with fellow HOG members who are coming from across India; there will be over 500 of them. It feels great to be part of the celebrations of such a big milestone of this brand, especially the event in Goa, as it kicks off the entire year of festivities. Also, our global expansion in places like India is important to the long-term strategy to ensure the strength of the company for the next 110 years and beyond.

2. You started riding a bike when you were nine — too early to ride a bike. How did that happen?
I learnt to ride from my father Willie G Davidson as a nine-year-old. As family members, we honour our heritage and do our part to carry forth the legacy of this great brand.
3. Why are there fewer women bikers around the world?
Riding gives you a very strong sense of empowerment to women. I can do it, so can you. In the US, a quarter of registered motorcycle owners are women.
Across the globe, lifestyles are changing and so are trends. We are thrilled to be paving the way for leisure riding, transcending the boundaries of gender and age.
