New Delhi: After Xiaomi's announcement of price cut on its Mi 4 handsets, its Chinese rival OnePlus offered Rs 2,000 discount on its hit-seller OnePlus One smartphone but the scheme remains valid only for one day. Originally priced at Rs 21,998, the device is available for Rs Rs 19,998 on Amazon.

The company made the announcement on its Twitter handle, “Get Rs 2000 OFF on every purchase of #OnePlusOne 64 GB starting tonight from @amazonIN. Offer valid only for June 18th” the post reads.
OnePlus One comes with top-of-the-line hardware specifications, including a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, a 5.5-inch (1080P display), 13MP rear camera with F2.0 aperture and Sony image sensor, 5MP front camera, 3100mAh battery to make the device run all day, 4G-support and and NFC.
The smartphone also features CyanogenMod 11S, a custom aftermarket version of Android developed by Cyanogen. OnePlus One has partnered with HCL Care to offer after- sales service across 20 cities in India.
OnePlus One will continue to get updates from Cyanogen in India after the company took legal recourse to 'protect rights' in light of the proceedings initiated by Micromax.
