The limited edition variant of Chinese tech firm Oppo's slimmest smartphone, the R5, was recently unveiled for the Indian market. Priced at Rs 29,990 and sporting a gold frame, the Oppo R5 Gilded Limited Edition will be available to pre book in India starting Friday.

Only 10,000 units of the Oppo R5 Gilded Limited Edition will be manufactured globally. Oppo is yet to reveal how many units will be available to Indian customers.
