David Guetta, Fat boy Slim and several other international artists might give the city a miss, but a set of music lovers are in for a treat with AR Rahman fixing DY Patil stadium as a venue for his gig in the city.
The Jai Ho hitmaker will be performing hits from several of his previous films that established his name in the industry such as Bombay, Roja and Dil Se.

Rahman who is also known for his collaborations will have several artists accompanying him for this concert as well. The highlight of the evening will be his collaboration with sitar maestro Asad Khan. Drummer Ranjit Barot will also be matching beats with Rahman.
Fans of Sufi inspired music can look forward to Rahman’s performance of Khwaja from Jodha Akbar and Kunfaya from his recent hit Rockstar.
