Big, bikini photo shoot on the beach tomorrow. What last-minute preps would you do?
Avoid carbs the previous day, drink lots of water, apply yoghurt on my skin for a healthy glow, and cleanse, tone and moisturise before getting into bed early. I'd also probably do some weight training the previous night and an intense cardio workout on the morning of the shoot.u00a0


Waxing or threading? The lesser evil?
Threading! Any day! Fortunately, I've been blessed with well-shaped brows, so, I don't need to touch them.


Something no one tells you about working out?
Unless you are an actor or model and it's your job to look good for a living, sustaining a high-energy workout on a daily basis is near impossible. So, if you knock off a lot of weight, very quickly, with a hardcore, high-energy workout and strict diet, chances are, you will gain the weight back, very quickly. Instead, go slow and steady for long-lasting results.

That's just unfair! Lara has a feminine, yet toned body, while Priyanka has a peppier, younger, fit-college-girl kinda body. They've both got their own appeal.

One feature you wish you could just wake up with and not have to work for?
Washboard abs! I'm obsessed with them. I'd want to know what they would feel like for just one day.

Your quick fix on a bad hair day?
Tie a ponytail, a braid or bun on one side of my head, and accessorise with a pin, flower, headband or scarfu2026a girl has so many options.
