I have to admit, I was thrown off on being asked questions regarding my lifestyle rather than delving straight into Jordyn Steig's gruelling 'wonder workout' session. However, it only takes 10 minutes to realise that there is a method to his madness.
I noticed how my every move was being analysed, to understand my body and it's functioning. Post answering his questions he pinpointed my weak core and back area without even having watched me work out.

We trotted over to Steig's terrace where he started me off on self-innovated exercises, using equipment including stability balls, balance boards and flexi bars (his real USP since no other trainer uses them).
Using the balance board was particularly fun. I had to maintain my balance on a circular board, 45 cm in diameter and play catch with weighted balls to work out the muscles in my body.
