London: Renowned for its two-wheeled, self-balancing scooter, Segway recently revealed a £13,000 (R12.77 L) electric tricycle which it hopes could replace the patrol car. The SE-3 Patroller is designed for police and private security patrols where the rider has to constantly mount and dismount.
