Some days all you want to do is curl up your toes and laze around at home. These are times when lethargy flexes its muscles and even the idea of a tantalising meal with friends can't get you to step out. No matter how hungry or gastronomically charged up you are, the mere thought of budging seems extremely 'distasteful'.
Last Friday was such a day. And I had friends coming over.

That's a double whammy and to add to my woes, as tired as I was, I longed for some good food. Even in my general state of languor, I refused to sacrifice my appetite at the fast-food altar. So I chucked the option of calling the regular eat out places I diligently save on my phone, and decided to try out Spice Market's Express Delivery service instead.

Carrying forward
After looking through their extensive and impressive menu, I placed an order for the party pack for Pathhar ke kebab which they told me was their specialty, Rajputana sooley in grills and roasts, Yakhni pulao, Prawn butter masala, Rajasthani laal maas, Garlic naan and Mango Shrikhand. That's a whole lot I know, but I had friends coming over and yes, well, I admit I got a wee bit carried away when I saw their range of food.
It was not until the food actually arrived that I realised that I had ordered much more than we probably would be able to finish. Along with the food came an assortment of pudina, coconut and tamarind
chutneys.
