There two different kinds of people, some who are awake during the day, and others who are awake at night and are called 'night owls'. A new study has now found that those people who are awake at night may be at a higher risk of suffering from type-2 diabetes and heart disease. It has found that our wake/sleep cycles cause metabolic differences and alter our body's preference for energy sources.
