On November 30, the second Professional Home Baker’s Challenge (PHBC) of the Year, which includes the Professional Home Baker’s Pastry Contest and Display Excellence Challenge, will be held at World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade. “The prime objective of the PHBC is to establish a professional platform where pastry professionals across Mumbai can display their individual and combined skills and learn from the experience.
