Lesbians and Bisexuals in Action (LABIA), formerly Stree Sangam, is a voluntary collective of lesbian and bisexual women and transpersons. The aim of the collective continues to be to provide support to members of the queer community. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2012/jun/SCRIPTS.jpg" style="border-width: 3px; border-style: solid; width: 500px; height: 344px; " /> Illustration courtesy Promona On Saturday, to mark three years since the Delhi High Court passed a judgment to strike down Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which criminalised sexual activity &ldquo;against the order of nature&rdquo; LABIA will release the fourteenth edition of Scripts, its annual journal based on the theme of food. &ldquo;Food defines what a community is; it makes people belong and it &lsquo;otherises&rsquo; people,&rdquo; says Chayanika, co-founder, LABIA. &ldquo;We&rsquo;re also looking at belonging, connections and re-connections to food,&rdquo; she adds.u00a0Highlights include the premiere of Stir.
