The city is all set to screen a selection of films and dramas, to select the final three nominations as part of the Marathi International Cinema and Theatre Awards, throughout the first week of September
The city of Pune will play host to the first stage of the Marathi International Cinema and Theatre Awards (MICTA) 2013. Punekaris will get a chance to watch around 10 movies and plays each. A jury will select the final three nominations for MICTA 2013, to be held at Macau over three days at the end of the month.
The jury for selecting the final nominations comprise of personalities such as Kiran Shantaram, Satish Alekar, Sanjay Mone and Girish Joshi, and for the theatre section, the jury members are Vandana Gupte, Upendra Limaye and Suhas Joshi.
