The Kapol Gujarati community ought to be proud for the Kapol Young Couple (KYC) association has taken on the challenge to produce the largest Origami mosaic in order to make a new Guinness World Record. <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/nov/Kapol.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 317px;" /> Representative pic Origami, the Japanese art of paper folding into different patterns, will be combined together to create a 6433 sq ft mosaic by incorporating 32,125 pieces. The earlier record holders were Greeks who successfully created a 403 sq metres-sized structure. KYC has envisioned the mosaic to be a representation of the diversity India is known for along with inculcating the country&rsquo;s national flag in the centre. Bharti Sanghavi, Prachi Sanghavi and Hetal Doshi are the origami experts that have guided the KYC members. A majority of the participants in the event will be women. Formed in 1986, the 500-young couple-strong association is expecting to mark Indian pride in the realm of world records, this Monday.
