Because there was a lot of acting potential for me in this film, I always make sure to select meaningful characters. There's also a connection with this movie. I am from Jammu and Kashmir, and I grew up surrounded by mountains and lovely plains, so when the film's producer and director told me that the entire filming would take place in Himanchal, I was ecstatic. After living in the concrete jungles of Mumbai for two decades, I saw this as an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reconnect with the mountains.
