Shane Makan grew up watching the golden era of bodybuilding and was mesmerized by the sculpted physique of many renowned bodybuilders of that era. He became inclined towards lifting weights and spent long hours in the gym sweating it out. Each competition acted as a gateway to something grander until he qualified for the coveted title of bodybuilding and won the championship of IFBB Pro.
He partnered with Hammer Fitness and began his career as a fitness instructor to guide individuals on their journey to fitness. He has trained hundreds of clients and supervised many high profile clients and celebrities training from day one. Shane Makan opens up about this change in approach to inculcate the habit of fitness. He says, "Getting up and going to the gym is the hardest part for most clients who think of it as a chore. Virtual fitness training eliminates that need to a large extent. Gyms are still a quintessential part of fitness programs but not every beginner needs a sophisticated set of equipment to start his journey. I am trying to eliminate all the points of excuses by making fitness ubiquitous and devoid of the need for a large number of exercise equipment. The human body is the biggest equipment itself and if you can master the bodyweight exercises, I assure you that your body will become a living example of physical fitness."
