Dear Diana, I'm an 18-year-old boy. I'm having some doubt whether my feelings are appropriate
I’ve alway had a soft corner for my paternal cousin since the days we were little kids and I’m pretty sure she felt the same about me. I thought we’ll marry when the age is about right. And now I learn from Facebook that she has a boyfriend and is actively going out with him. I never looked at another girl in the college because I thought ours was the purest form of love. Now it seems I was wrong and I simply can’t stand the sight of her. I’m thinking of confronting her and letting her know what exactly I had in my mind.

Dear Mazhar,
You are in a sticky situation indeed. You just assumed that your cousin is also in love with you. But what stopped you in finding out what she felt about you? All this while at least you could have expressed your feelings to her. Now you can’t stand the sight of her and want to confront her. It is too late dude. Let her be now. It is clear that she was not interested in you. Wouldn’t she had told you all this while? There is no point crying over it now. Next time you like a girl tell her.
