'My boyfriend doesn't care about me anymore'

Updated on: 25 June,2013 11:45 PM IST  |
Dear Diana |

Dear Diana, I'm 26 years old and working in a media company. I'm in a relationship with a guy for the past two years.

'My boyfriend doesn't care about me anymore'

My problem is that of late he has not been able to give me enough time. He says it is due to work pressures. His attitude too has changed and it appears that he does not care a damn about me. My friend tells me he has lost interest in me and might have someone else in the scene. What do I do?

Dear Kogila,
You are assuming things. He has clearly told you he is tied up at work. Things could be hectic on your guy’s workfront and he may not have time for you. But this does not spell that he has lost interest in you or has someone else on the scene. Such futile thoughts are not good in a relationship. The best thing to do is talk to him. Tell him frankly what you feel about his recent behaviour. He can then also explain to you what is worrying him. There is nothing like a heart-to-heart talk to erase difference for a smooth and happy relationship. Also, do not get influenced by this friend of yours, she is just filling your ears and causing more harm to your relationship.

Diana will solve it!
