Dear Diana, I am 30 and work in a bank. I have been married for the past three years.
However, our relationship lost its charm after the arrival of our daughter six months ago. I now find myself getting attracted to other women in office. I feel this is happening as I am in a loveless relationship. It is not that my wife does not care for me. But she is not demonstrative at all and constantly after the baby. I want to revive the romance but I don’t know how she will react if I suggest counselling.

Dear Sumair,
Good heavens! Your baby is six months old so naturally your wife is giving all her attention to her. She needs it more than you need at this juncture of your lives. Perhaps she is too tired and sapped of energy. Remember looking after a toddler is a 24/7 job. So there is no energy left for her to reciprocate your affections. Why don’t you extend a helping hand with the household chores? May be then she may have time for you. Also, just because your wife is tied up with a baby, does not mean that you develop a roving eye. Remember this is a phase of life and this too shall pass. So have patience.u00a0
