Dear Diana,
My husband is behaving in a weird manner since he returned from his native place. He had been there for an event that required his presence more than mine so I didn't accompany him. And now that he is back after a week's stay, he's acting aloof, reticent and disoriented. A friend says it could be black magic but I'm not superstitious so I didn't entertain her thoughts. Though I have heard that in his village, people indulge in black magic. In the back of my mind, I hope this is not the case though. What should I do?

Dear Praditi,
It's obvious something has gone amiss during his visit. Instead of speculating on what has happened, why don't you ask him. It looks like that he is tensed about something which is causing him a great deal of anxiety and stress. Check with the others who were also present at the event as to what unfolded. As for your black magic mumbo-jumbo, grow up my dear, you need to bring that magic into your life to keep your hubby by your side. He is so miserable now, what have you done to cheer him up? So start now. As for your friend's suggestion that he has fallen a prey to black magic, next time she says it, tell her to go take a walk.
