Dear Diana, I'm 28 and my guy is 24. His parents have a problem with me and keep advising him to stay away from me. I don't care about them.
What bothers me though is the inevitable that someday my boyfriend will get fed up of me and leave me for someone younger. I don’t see that happening anytime soon but still I can’t rule out the probability. Should I continue with this relationship or should I go take a break and find someone older to me?

Dear Gulabi,
A four year difference is not a big deal. What is more important is the kind of relationship you have with him. No one will even realise until you tell people that you are four years older to him. Age is after all just a number. It looks like your guy is mature enough. As for his parents, he needs to convince his folks. There is no need to make a big deal about the age factor. You seem to be already giving up and by feeling that he might dump you for the age factor. First be convinced that you want to be with him, then start blaming others.
