The 40-pound two-piece has light mineral gel oil in the cups that moves with the wearer and stops it causing unpleasant bulges while swimming or sunbathing.
This is the first instance of technology being used in M and S swimwear, and the manufacturers are expecting it to be a great success.
"British women are finally embracing their curves and craving a womanly 50s-style hourglass figure, so demand for products like these has increased tremendously," the Daily Mail quoted Neil Hendy, head of design at M and S women's wear, as saying.
"This innovative technology creates a smooth sexy silhouette and of course a great cleavage," he added.
