While having an apple a day is believed to be enough for keeping the doctor away, a US study has suggested a handful of walnuts a day could keep the fertility specialist at bay
According to scientists at the University of California, their research has found eating 75 gm of the nuts each day can increase a man's virility and the health of his sperm, a major newspaper reported.

In the research, published in the journal Biology Of Reproduction, it was found men aged between 21-35, who regularly ate walnuts, had sperm with enhanced vitality and movement.
