Shop: Go ahead and indulge in some retail therapy. Also it's a great idea to check in your luggage and buy something, which you've forgotten to pack
Rejuvenate: Instead of tearing your hair in anger of the delay, pamper your hair with a shampoo or a head spa. Find a spa, get a massage and relax yourself if flights make you anxious or get your nails done and stay glam throughout your trip!
Read: Buy a book that gives you trivia about a new place or which teaches you a new language. Or log on to the internet and local paper of the place you are visiting
Get creative: If you are of the artsy types, sketch the people around you or if humour is what interests you, draw caricatures of the people around you or write fictional story about your wait at the airport with your co-passengers as characters in it (an extension to the regular people watching hobby)
Eat: You never know about the food to be served on flight, in a plastic plate. Instead, pamper yourself with in food therapy at the airport.
Exercise: Fill your water bottle or buy one and use it as a dumbbell. Walk around the airport (avoid running or spend the rest of your time arguing with the security). Stretching and seated yoga exercises will also help.
