. 2 medium cucumbers (peeled and grated)
. 1/3 cup chickpea flour
For tempering
. 2 tbsp groundnut oil
. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
. A fat pinch of strong asafoetida
. 1 green chili, chopped
. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
. 1/4 tsp red chili powder
. Salt to taste
