The latest entrant in this scene is Kudo, which serves up an array of Mexican, Japanese and Lebanese flavours through their rolls and bowls menu. 

From a katsu curry to innovative ‘duo’ rolls that let you sample two flavours in a single roll, the menu is imaginative. Also up for grabs are indulgent sides such as the peri peri mozz sticks and DIY tacos.
