A group of eager catering college students sit facing culinary powerhouses Riyaaz Amlani and Gresham Fernandes. We are at Jude Bakery on Waroda Road in Bandra. The house cat there has been temporarily shifted to the mezzanine floor to facilitate the discussion between experts and debutants, much to its chagrin.
