For Attari, a staple rum plum cake is essential in every household. “I developed the recipe myself, and believe what sets our cakes apart is the signature sugarcraft; the cake tastes homemade but has a professional finish,” she explains. Beyond traditional plum cakes, she creates Christmas-themed cakes.
