If you are looking to get fit and go eco friendly but the lack of time is what deters you, change the way you commute and cycle to work by signing up for this challenge. Zenscycle2work is a 21-day cycling challenge where the winner will receive a new cycle. Organised by CyclingZens, which organises cycling tours and rents cycles in Goa and Mumbai, this is the third edition of the nationwide event.

"We used to work for an e-commerce firm in Goa and everyone would hire bikes there. Rohan (Nagarkar, founder) started cycling to work, and many others, including myself, followed. This led us to form our company," says Peter Rodrigues, co founder. The first edition in 2016 saw Falguni Deep from Chembur who completed 1,100km in 21 days bag the title, and last year, Thomas Philjon from Chennai won by completing 1,160km.

They will also have daily challenges of completing 100km. All achievements will be monitored via Facebook posts with measured distances posted via third-party fitness apps. Another activity invites participants to create a video that promotes cycling. The organisers have so far received entries and enquiries from Chennai, Guwahati, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Pune, Punjab and Uttaranchal are looking for large corporate groups to join in on the fun too.
