Gone are the times when young people would meet and fall in love over the course of their friendship. Social media and dating apps have occupied that space and simplified things. Also jumping into the game with a new approach is No Escape, an escape room platform that has devised a unique way to make dating interesting.

Abhishek Shukla from the team feels that such games make for an ideal ice-breaker for people to connect with each other. “While speed dating is popular in Mumbai, and across the globe, the format does not give you enough space to warm up to each other. With four men and four women playing an escape room game together, there is ample time to bond, talk and choose a person that they connected with the most.”
With a minimum age limit of 21 years, participants will need to follow a few rules and regulations that will be shared before the game begins. Shukla reveals that they also have safety measures in place for individuals. “We have a female game master who stays with the eight participants throughout. Also, friends cannot be part of one team as there are chances of them ganging up,” he adds, sharing that every room of the game will have a video recording facility for the safety of participants.
