Group therapy is a unique experience where several individuals get to speak of their struggles in a safe, comfortable environment. This enables every participant to help others and also seek help from various sources. Facilitated by therapist Kinjal M Jain, this session aims to understand conflicting thoughts within us and help us find a middle ground. Speaking in front of others can be intimidating but confidentiality and a supportive environment will be ensured.
