It’s always a good time to pick up the hoop, believes Priyanka Gandhi, a city-based hula hoop trainer who has been teaching both kids and adults for the past four years. On Sunday, Gandhi is hosting a free-for-all Children’s Day-special hula hooping session. “Hula hooping is a great activity for kids because it builds their core immunity, helps their focus and concentration, and improves their motor skills. It also makes them feel good about their body,” she shares. All your little one needs is a hoop; but if they don’t have one, Gandhi can help out with extra hoops.
