Procrastination is bad. But when an anxious person procrastinates, it’s worse. Since dithering was leading to no good, I tried planning my actions over short periods of time. The objective was to manage doubt and lethargy, and the panic they conspire for. Ode, a social media service that facilitates plans to meet goals, build better habits and cultivate self-care, came to my rescue.
