An entrepreneur-turned-podcaster from Pune brings forward inspiring stories of ordinary Indians with an aim to motivate the young minds of today

“Opportunities don’t happen, you create them.” This is a common quote spotted on motivational signage and in self-help books with the intent to inspire the reader. But often, what makes a bigger impact are stories set in reality based on people just like us. Their grind to reach their goal pumps our enthusiasm, pushing us to do better. Milind Agnihotri, an entrepreneur from Pune has brought forward a podcast to do exactly that — motivate us through success stories of commoners.
Agnihotri along with his wife, Asha, came up with the idea of their podcast Wings, at the beginning of 2022. With positive response that they got for the project, the Agnihotris decided to continue the podcast extending its run. Beginning the year 2023 with their latest third session, Agnihotri once again dons the cape of the host as he interviews dynamic individuals about their failures, success, hard work and goals.
