This restaurant isn't chef Kelvin Cheung's first restaurant in Mumbai. Before establishing the trendy seafood restaurant, Kelvin had started One Street which was quite popular among the foodies. Born in Canada and raised in the USA but India is home for Chef Kelvin Cheung. Wonder why? In an interview with Mid-day, Kelvin revealed how he found love in India. Kelvin said, "I got a call from A student to work on a super-expensive and cool place that no one had done in India. It was three in the morning, and I asked him to call me later. He called up again at five and said he had the owner on the line. I gave the interview in my underwear. I had never been to India; it was a six-month contract, and six-and-a-half years later, I am still here."
