Refusal to obey the commands of a few drunk men proved fatal for a 14-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in South East Delhi's Kalindi Kunj on Wednesday.

The police later arrested the accused for the murder.

According to the police, a 14-year-old boy refused to bring 'namkeen' for the men. This irked the drunk men and they started beating him and later stabbed him to death.

The injured boy was rushed to Apollo Hospital but he succumbed to his injuries.

The police team have launched a manhunt for the accused.

"The accused was identified as Shadab, a resident of Madanpur Khadar Extension, New Delhi and has been arrested," said RP Meena, DCP South East Delhi.
