Habitual car thief arrested

Crime Branch officials have arrested Rakesh Ashok Padwal, a criminal on police record, for stealing parked four-wheelers from Sangvi area and later selling them to unsuspecting buyers using forged vehicle ownership documents

Padwal was earlier arrested in May and had confessed to stealing five four-wheelers and one two-wheeler then.

He was lodged in jail for few days and was later released on bail.u00a0
