The accused befriended the victim, a resident of central Delhi&#39;s Kamla Market, and kidnapped her from her house last week. &quot;After kidnapping the victim, Parwaiz married her and raped her several times,&quot; said a police officer. The girl has been handed over to her family and the accused has been booked, the officer said.
