The Mumbai Crime Branch unit VIII, along with medical officers from R-South ward, conducted a crackdown at several doctors’ clinics in Kandivli West on Friday and arrested Kesriprasad Yadav, 53, who allegedly practised as a doctor and ran KP Yadav Clinic without a valid degree for the past 20 years.
Police sources said the accused treated patients and used the names of his elder son and daughter-in-law, both of whom are doctors, along with his own as treating doctors of the clinic. However, the son and daughter-in-law allegedly rarely visit the clinic.
