Two policemen have been arrested on Wednesday for allegedly threatening a builder and abetting his suicide in Maharashtra's Palghar district, an official said. Suicide note found alleged that three persons including the two policemen threatened, humiliated and pressured the builder, pushing him to the brink over financial matters.

In a shocking case of extortion and blackmailing, two policemen have been arrested on Wednesday for allegedly threatening a builder and abetting his suicide in Maharashtra's Palghar district, an official said.
As reported by PTI, the builder was found hanging at his residence in the Nalasopara area on Tuesday. The builder before committing suicide left behind a suicide note purportedly detailing the harassment he faced from the two police constables. The builder in his suicide note also mentioned their associate broker who harassed him, the official said.
