A Nalasopara based jeweller was allegedly killed inside his own jewellery shop by two unidentified robbers on Saturday morning.

The deceased identified as Kishor Jain owned Sakshi Jewellers outside ST bus depot near Nalasopara West Railway station. The incident took place at around 11 am when Kishor opened his shop, the police said. Two men wearing masks and raincoats carrying four sharp weapons entered Kishor’s shop while he was performing puja. The duo asked Kishore for the locker key and when he refused to do so, he was dragged inside the storeroom near the main locker. The entire incident has been captured by the CCTV camera installed in the shop.
