Mumbai crime: Two held for robbing photojournalist of Rs 15,000 using 'toy gun'

According to Mumbai Crime Branch, the incident happened on Sunday evening outside NSCI club in Worli. The photographer, associated with a private production house, went there to cover a party. As he stepped out of the club, two unknown people came on a bike and put the ‘gun’ on his head

Two people were arrested by the Mumbai Crime branch on Monday for robbing a 34-year-old photographer of Rs 15,000 with a toy gun.

The accused have been identified as Rohan Choudhary and Samran Bhogte, both 21 years old. Cops have recovered a toy gun, a bike used in the crime, one iPhone 3 and Rs 5,000 cash from the duo. They suspect that the accused have been involved in various such offences. They looted citizens of small amounts and the matter was never reported, said police.
