Meerut: The private parts of two youths were today allegedly chopped off by a eunuch in the district, police said.

The incident came to light this morning when villagers found two youths, in critical condition near Panchali poultry farm under Jaani police station limits, police said. The youths', whose genitals had been chopped off, were admitted to a hospital by the police.
