New Delhi: A six-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by a man in outer Delhi area. Police on Tuesday said that the witness was a passerby who saw the girl being "inappropriately touched" by the man in his 40's.

Reportedly, the girl was playing in her locality just a few miles away from her house when the accused approached her. Following the incident, the girl's parents approached the Bawana police station and reported about the incident.
