Thane: Man gets 10 years rigorous imprisonment for raping minor niece

A district court here sentenced a 62-year-old man to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment for repeatedly raping his minor niece in Maharashtra''s Thane district.
District judge (special POCSO Act) S P Gondhalekar on Wednesday found the accused guilty of charges under relevant sections of the IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
